List your Outer Banks vacation rental — free.
Get your home in front of guests searching for the Outer Banks, keep 100% of your direct bookings, and keep guest payments on your own merchant account.
Built by an Outer Banks owner, for owners
We rent our own oceanfront homes in Kitty Hawk and got tired of high platform fees and marketplaces that treat the Outer Banks like everywhere else. So we’re building a local alternative — and inviting other owners to join for free.

Owner FAQ
Is it really free to list?
Yes. There is no listing fee and no commission charged on bookings made directly with you. If we add optional paid services later (like vendor coordination or premium placement), they will be clearly labeled and entirely optional.
Who collects the guest’s payment?
You do. Our platform is being built so that guest payments process on your own merchant account — the money never passes through ours. That also means refunds, deposits and chargebacks stay between you and your guest.
Can I keep my Vrbo and Airbnb listings?
Absolutely. Most owners start by linking their existing Vrbo or Airbnb listing as the booking button, exactly like our own homes do today. Direct booking can be switched on later.
What kind of homes can be listed?
Any legally rentable vacation home on the Outer Banks — Corolla to Hatteras, oceanfront to soundfront — whether you self-manage, use a co-host, or work with a management company that allows owner marketing.
What do I need to provide?
The address, bedroom/bath count, sleeping arrangements, amenities, house rules, at least 15 good photos, and a link to your current listing or calendar. We’ll help write a search-friendly description.
Who handles occupancy taxes and local rules?
As with any by-owner rental, owners remain responsible for collecting and remitting North Carolina and Dare/Currituck County occupancy and sales taxes and following local and state rental rules. We’ll point you to the official resources.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually a few days after we receive your details and photos.
